Our Yoga for Beginners will teach you the basic tips, guidelines and recommendation you will need to start your successful yoga journey. The asanas are classified into three group: beginners, intermediate and advanced. It is not necessary to perform all the asanas in each particular group. Regular practice of a balanced program, tailored to individual need is recommended for maximum benefit. The Beginners group should be performed by those who have never practised yoga asanas before. Only a selection from this group, tailored to individual needs, should be practised by those who are infirm in any way, weak or unflexible. They will give greater benefits than more difficults practices. This group consists of elementry techniques designed to prepare the body and mind for major asanas and meditation. These practices are in no way inferior to the advanced asanas and are very useful in improving physical health.
